Kabir’s father, a principal real estate agent handed him his first exposure into the art of the deal at the tender age of four. As a young overly active kid, Kabir vividly remembers his first memories accompanying his dad at property viewings with potential home buyers at Duta Ria Condominium, Segambut where he would be joyfully running and blitzing around the partially furnished units. The little darts and dashes would light up the property viewings and even assisted with sealing a couple of deals! In return, his appetite for deal-making would grow as he subsequently tagged along for many more property viewings, both commercial and residential properties all over the Klang Valley.
Kabir’s early career have included stints in an Architecture firm and a Property Valuation firm, collectively of up to one year. Having been through the different pastures of property coupled with his adulation and appreciation of its mechanics, he is able to overlook transactions through different lenses and provide clients with a holistic view and solutions on the legal intricacies involved. Having an insatiable appetite for deal making, he is able to facilitate transactions for and in best interests of KRSP’s clients.
Upon completing his Bachelors of Laws (LL.B) at University of London (external programme) and thereafter, Certificate in Legal Practice he joined a renowned legal firm as a Legal Counsel where he specialized in various areas of law including corporate banking & finance, real estate & property, regulatory compliance, commercial law and telecommunications. During his three years at the firm, he has managed a diverse portfolio of clients in industries such as Project Development, Engineering and Construction, Architecture, Environmental Management, Telecommunications, Maritime, Digital Services, E-Commerce, Chemicals and Industrial Manufacturing and Technology.
